Shipora – Terms of Use

Website Policy
Requests related to your Shipora website and dashboard may be accommodated subject to the conditions below:
• The request must be filed within five (5) days from issuance of your Username and Password (account activation date).
• Provide official proof of payment and valid ID that matches the subscriber name on record.
• The Shipora product is a customized digital website setup; therefore:
• No returns and no cancellation after activation.
• Changes requested are limited to configuration items listed in your package.
• No refund will be honored for change-of-mind, non-use, or personal/business circumstance changes.
• Delivery timelines for complimentary services (e.g., onboarding, ad assistance) are estimates only and may be affected by third-party factors.

Terms and Conditions
1. Application & Approval
• A user is deemed a Subscriber upon successful payment confirmation and release of Username/Password (activation).
• Shipora may accept or reject any application in accordance with these Terms and company policies.
2. Nature of the Product
• The Subscriber is purchasing a customized digital website (including initial configuration and dashboard access).
• All other inclusions (e.g., ad setup, marketing guidance, hosting assistance) are complimentary value-added benefits and not the primary product.
3. No Refund / Finality of Payment
• Payments are final and non-refundable once setup has started or credentials have been issued, whichever comes first.
• No refund for unused access, inactivity, change of plan, or results not meeting expectations.
4. Account Registration & Use
• Within five (5) days of activation, the Subscriber must complete any required profile details inside the dashboard.
• Credentials are personal and confidential; sharing/selling access is prohibited.
5. Inactivity & Deactivation
• Prolonged inactivity or policy breach may result in suspension/deactivation of the account at Shipora’s discretion.
6. Independent Operation
• The Subscriber runs his/her own business independently; Shipora is not an employer, agent, or partner of the Subscriber.
7. Marketing & Materials
• The Subscriber shall use only approved Shipora assets where applicable and must not create misleading claims.
8. Earnings & Performance
• No earnings are guaranteed. Results depend on the Subscriber’s efforts and external market factors.
9. Non-Transferability
• Access rights and any licenses granted are non-transferable unless expressly allowed in writing by Shipora.
10. Confidentiality
• Subscriber agrees to keep confidential any non-public information about Shipora systems, processes, and materials.
11. Notices
• Shipora may send notices to the email on file; delivery is deemed complete within 24 hours of sending.
12. Modification of Complimentary Services
• Complimentary services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice and are not grounds for refund or damages.
13. Limitation of Liability
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shipora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the subscription amount paid.
14. Policy Changes
• Shipora may amend these Terms and policies at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
15. Governing Law & Venue
• Governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• Exclusive venue: courts of Taguig City, Philippines.

Company Policy
1. Definition of Terms
• Subscriber – a paying client with an activated Username/Password.
• Dashboard – the online portal where the Subscriber manages website settings and access.
• Website Setup – the customized digital configuration delivered to the Subscriber.
• Complimentary Services – value-added assistance (e.g., ad tips, hosting help) provided at Shipora’s discretion.
• Activation Date – the date Shipora releases the Subscriber’s credentials.
• Inactivity – absence of meaningful account activity (e.g., no logins, no site actions) for a prolonged period as determined by Shipora.
2. Rules & Conduct
• Subscribers must comply with laws, avoid misleading content, and respect IP rights.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, clone, or resell platform components is prohibited.
3. Enforcement
• Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or termination without refund.
• A Subscriber may submit a written clarification within three (3) days of notice; failure to do so may lead to permanent deactivation.
4. Intellectual Property
• All Shipora trademarks, frameworks, code, and designs remain property of Shipora.
• A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use is granted while compliant with these Terms.
5. Payments & Receipts
• Official receipts are issued to the Subscriber of record. Check your email/dashboard for billing documents.
6. Customer Support
• Support is available via shiporadropship@gmail.com; response times may vary based on ticket volume and issue complexity.

Privacy Notice
Use of the dashboard constitutes consent to Shipora’s Privacy Policy for collection and processing of data necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service.

By accessing your Shipora Dashboard using the Username and password provided, you acknowledge that your account has been activated and that your customized website setup has been completed. Access is personal and confidential, for your business use only, and remains subject to Shipora policies. All fees paid are final and non-refundable. Any assistance, updates, hosting, or marketing features made available within the platform are complimentary and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Shipora does not guarantee any business, income, or performance results and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Continued use constitutes acceptance of all current and future terms and policies of Shipora Corp., governed by Philippine law with venue in Taguig City.
