Refund & Return Policy

1. Shipora will handle all customer disputes, such as returns, shipping fee discrepancies, and others.

2. Returns will only be allowed if the wrong item was delivered, or if a damaged item was delivered.

3. Damaged item should be reported ASAP to the company and must be accompanied by taking pictures and video of the item and must return it to us not more than 7 days or else refund is voided
