This Subscription Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Shipora (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”) and the subscriber applicant (“you” or “subscriber”) who applies to join our subscription program through shiporadropship@gmail.com.
By joining our Subscription Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Program Overview
The Subscription Program allows you to promote our products through your unique referral link. You earn a commission for every sale made through your link, subject to the terms of this agreement.

Subscription Eligibility
- Be at least 18 years old
- Not promote content that is illegal, hateful, adult-themed, or violates any law
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

Commissions
- You will earn a 5–15% commission on qualifying sales made through your affiliate link.
- Commissions are only earned on actual purchases (excluding returns, cancellations, and fraud).
- Commission rates may be updated with notice.
- All earnings on products, subscription rewards are subjected into 10% tax as mandated by the Bureau of Internal Revenue on the taxes on all digital platforms and products

Payment Terms
- Payments are made weekly via bank transfer, GCash, or PayPal once your earnings reach a minimum of ₱2,000.
- You are responsible for any transaction fees.

Promotion Guidelines
You may promote your affiliate link through:
- Your personal blog or website
- Social media platforms (with proper disclosure)
- Email newsletters (compliant with anti-spam laws)
You may not:
- Use paid advertising with your affiliate link
- Use false or misleading claims about our products
- Spam or send unsolicited emails
- Misrepresent your relationship with Shipora
FTC Disclosure: Subscribers are required to clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in all content (e.g., “I may earn a commission if you buy through my link”).

Cookie Duration
Our affiliate cookies last for 30 days. If a customer purchases within that time, you receive credit for the sale.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your affiliate account for any violation of this agreement. You may also terminate your participation at any time by contacting us.
If your account is inactive (no sales or activity) for 5 years, we reserve the right to close it.

Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential damages (loss of revenue, profit, or data) arising from your participation in the program.

Changes to the Agreement
We may update this agreement at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
